These Terms of Service govern your use of crackentravel.com and Cracken Travel products and services. By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
What Cracken Travel provides
Cracken Travel provides travel information, ready-made travel plans, and related planning content. We may also offer custom planning, guided-adventure information, customer support, and social or informational content.
Travel information changes
Travel conditions change frequently. Hours, prices, transportation schedules, entry requirements, reservations, weather, availability, safety conditions, and third-party policies can change after a plan is prepared. You are responsible for confirming important details with the relevant airline, railway, hotel, attraction, government authority, tour operator, or other provider before travel.
No booking or professional guarantee
Unless a specific service clearly says otherwise, Cracken Travel is not acting as your travel agent and does not make third-party reservations on your behalf. Travel plans are informational planning resources, not guarantees of availability, safety, suitability, visa eligibility, or a particular travel outcome.
Purchases and digital products
Payments are processed by Stripe. The price and product shown at checkout govern your purchase. After successful payment, Cracken Travel may deliver the purchased plan digitally to the email address associated with the transaction. Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the terms presented with the purchase and applicable law. If you experience a delivery or purchase problem, contact support@crackentravel.com.
License for purchased plans
Unless otherwise stated, purchased Cracken Travel plans are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may save and print a reasonable number of copies for yourself and your travel companions. You may not resell, publicly distribute, republish, or commercially exploit the plan without written permission.
Third-party services and links
The site may reference or link to third-party services such as transportation providers, lodging, attractions, payment processors, social platforms, or booking sites. Those services are independent of Cracken Travel and are governed by their own terms, prices, availability, and policies.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when contacting us or making a purchase.
- Use the site and purchased content lawfully.
- Verify time-sensitive travel details before relying on them.
- Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use automated systems in a way that harms the service.
Intellectual property
The Cracken Travel name, branding, website design, original travel plans, graphics, videos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Cracken Travel and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, Cracken Travel services and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that every travel detail will remain current or that use of a travel plan will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every traveler.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cracken Travel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from travel disruptions, third-party services, changed travel conditions, or use of the site or travel plans. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
